They have the worst customer service around. Its a plan to make you frustrated before you even get on the phone with them. Expect to spend thirty minutes on the phone with them for anything. Their goal is to jack up your bill and not have you complain about it. They want you to think its better going to a dentist than arguing your bill or make any changes to your service.
