Now that I think back, 2-3 yrs. ago when the first Triple Play came out, I paid $140 for promo, Which they extended maybe 3 Mo.?, a couple times then it went to $170. At that time we had the free wireless internet come into our building. I went back to just cable because it and phone were expensive. Saved money by changing phone and using wireless. Service got worse and worse and hated it from beginning. Main connection is on 1st floor with 4 floors, booster on each end of upper floors. I,m only 2 doors from where the booster is installed but… I’m around a corner in the hallway and got so I was off more than on. Manager said she thought she was doing us a good thing when she had it installed, didn’t know it would be such a hassle Several residents have quit use. Would lose signal in the middle of bank statement or transaction. In the end I’m back where I started the 1st time around. Its just that the initial bill was so high when wasn’t the first time around.

As far as payments, never had an issue with them. Rarely have a problem with payment and if fall short of full payment, never hear from them. I’m in good standing there. Refuse to do it online.

Sometimes we all have to vent:)
