Whatever the forecast is, housing prices will go up, rent will go up.
No idea how average folks can afford to buy a home in the Seattle area now.
Am glad to have bought a home in the 90s….cheap!!!
My house does not worth a shieet, it is the property that they want.I get offers in the mail every week to sell.
It is all about luck and timing.
The reasons we like living here are the same reasons why people are moving here.
