I just feel that as a private business it is their responsibility to pay for enhancements if they choose to add them. I shop at Nordstroms and sometimes don’t like what I see. Does the store ask for customers to pay for enhancements so we will shop there? No.. I go somewhere else or Norstroms pays for them.
