Per the rules here, on the R&Rs, you must contact the business before you can rant about them. It’s states in the rules pretty clearly. If you contacted the business then you could get all of your questions answered. You can reach them on their website, Jump.com, and there’s even a phone number for them.
It’s pretty crappy to just leave it where it was if you were able to move it. Your demand that you should be compensated is ridiculous. It says far more about you than it does about the company.
