We went to 5 corners for a while-we have 2 dogs and 2 cats. But in the past couple years things have gone south there-on different occasions they lost test results, forgot to call with results (and return calls), told me the doctor was out of town and I would have to wait a week or so for results (when cat was very ill and peeing everywhere), and the really fun one was when they told us that one dog had giardia but were quite sure the other didn’t, then after 3 rounds of treatment realized that they had misplaced the other dog’s results and he did indeed have giardia and was reinfecting the other one the whole time. It then took a couple pissed off phone calls and an email to the head office to get the next round of treatment for both dogs for free and some reimbursement for all the medicine and testing. And the saddest part is we got off easy. Our friends took their dog there after it was hit by a car. They kept telling the vet the dog had lost a great deal of blood, but the vet insisted the dog was fine-the dog didn’t make it through the night.
The only way I would go back is if it was the middle of the night and my pet was so critical that I couldn’t make it to the clinic on Stone Way. And then I would watch everything they did and not let my pet out of sight.
We now go to the Burien Vet Hospital and are very happy with them.
