andasaiParticipantGary Larkin, general mgr. & all his staff, at their Junction store, are wonderful people who have always given me excellent, friendly service. Why go to the Verizon stores, where you are just a number and a potential sale, when you can get caring, personalized cell phone service from Sound Advice? (If you are a Verizon customer). From purchasing a new phone, upgrading, getting help with a lost or broken phone, etc., I’ve always been pleased. I even thought of baking them cookies as a special thank you, but sorry Gary, I haven’t gotten around to it!

VentanaConstructionParticipantWe second that!
Gary & everyone at Sound Advice have been a huge help to our business for years – from when we had Sprint, and now our transition to Verizon. The service there is always spectacular, and we feel like we are treated like family. It’s so nice to be able to support a West Seattle business that truly cares about their customers.

timeslidParticipantWe third that! Gary was fantastic with our new phones. He gave us great service, great product and made the experience as painless as possible. Try that online or over the phone. Thumbs up Sound advice!

lindaParticipantFifthing (no, not bottling liquor). ;) When Qwest discontinued their cellular and we had to move to Verizon to continue to bundle, Gary knew everything that had to be done and made the transition seamless for us. He also worked late that day to complete the transaction so we could walk out the door with working phones.

ejonesMemberDo they only carry Verizon or do they have other carriers as well? My contract with T-Mobile is up soon and I’m not sure if I’m going to stay with them or move to a new carrier.
