It’s a mini-farm in the middle of a residential neighborhood – the High Point Market Garden. Every summer, its farm stand offers a weekly chance to buy fresh-grown produce steps from where it’s grown. Just-harvested organic produce will be on sale 4 pm-7 pm at the farm stand at 32nd and Juneau (map), every Wednesday through late September. EBT cards are accepted and the stand participates in Fresh Bucks, doubling the first $10 spent on the card.

You’re invited to a garden party in West Seattle!

Flower to the 2nd Power is hosting a studio sale of handmade glass flowers created from vintage glassware. See www.flowertothe2ndpower.etsy.com for samples of the artwork.

Come anytime between 3 – 7 to enjoy refreshments and view glass flowers displayed throughout the artists garden. Art will be available for purchase, for hourly silent auction and as raffle prizes. Other prizes are from Next to Nature, Trader Joe’s and sponsors to be announced.

During the party, 20% of sales profits, 100% of silent auction revenue & 100% of raffle revenue will be donated to Two at a Time, a West Seattle non-profit whose mission is to provide care and safe places for the pets of those fleeing domestic violence in the Puget Sound Region.
