First-time homebuyer class
Jun 22 @ 5:30 pm

June is National Homeownership month, and I have partnered up with our very own, newly opened, Pine Lake Cellars to host a homebuyer class on June 22nd at 5:30 PM. The first glass of wine (maybe two!) are completely on me- all you have to do is sign up and come on by!

I will be explaining the home-buying process from start to finish, and covering everything in between; contingencies, expectations, roles of each party involved. I know the market seems intimidating right now, but I promise once you leave this class you will feel much more confident and better prepared for your own personal home buying journey! If you haven’t made a home purchase in our market within the last 3-6 months, there are a few newer tips and tricks out there that can likely help you or a friend lock down their dream home.

Each physically present attendee will be entered into a drawing for dinner for two at the Columbia Tower Club. Each attendee present via Zoom will be entered into a drawing for a delicious bottle of vino from Pine Like Cellars. The event will be taking place outdoors and space is ✨l i m i t e d✨ so please sign up in the link below if you plan to attend! I can’t wait to meet you and answer all your questions 🍷🍷 See you soon!
