Virtual Arts for 50+ Dementia-Friendly Dance @ Online (see listing)

Dementia-Friendly Dance with SilverKite. All ages welcome. Registration is required.

Register on the Silver Kite website.

Dance along with us to explore popular dances of the 20th century. Participants can sit or stand and will mirror the instructor’s simple dance moves.

This workshop has been designed and will be facilitated for individuals living with memory loss and their care partners. We welcome other family members and friends of all ages to join us.

Supplies needed: a favorite chair.

Make Goan Shrimp Pulao with Coconut Milk. It’s a quick and easy Indian rice recipe. Our version is mildly spiced and includes a Goan green masala. You will receive an ingredients list with your program registration confirmation.
