Dance along with us to explore popular dances of the 20th century. Participants can sit or stand and will mirror the instructor’s simple dance moves.

This workshop has been designed and will be facilitated for individuals living with memory loss and their care partners. We welcome other family members and friends of all ages to join us.

Supplies needed: a favorite chair.

Per the CDC’s mask guidance, fully vaccinated participants are welcome to attend mask-free. We ask all unvaccinated participants to wear a mask unless actively eating or drinking. In general, people are considered fully vaccinated: 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.
