Dinky Con 2019

What: Dinky Con is a first-time mini pop culture convention that is being held at Alki Masonic Hall in West Seattle.

Dinky Con is a one-day event on September 21st. This is a cosplay convention which means people will be dressed in costumes, depicting characters from movies, anime, comics, video games, etc. There will be an Artist Alley, full of local artists making amazing art to sell — mainly focused on different fandoms — including prints, charms, stickers, bows, and more! Come take a look and buy some cool stuff for yourself or as a gift! As the event focuses on cosplay, we will of course have a Cosplay Contest! They have 3 judges and an MC all with a lot of cosplay experience that can’t wait to see some cosplayers strut their stuff.

There will be concessions sold by the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls of West Seattle, Laurel (Black Diamond), and Kent assemblies. This organization is for girls 11-20 and encourages confident, well-spoken, compassionate women. They do so much service around the community and concession proceeds go towards their organization. There will also have games, coloring, and panels.

Who: This event is being made by cosplayers and fans. The event is open to everyone, but cosplayers especially are encouraged to attend. The event is all ages.

Where: Alki Masonic Hall 4736 40th Ave SW,

When: The event will be from 11 am-10 pm so drop in any time.

How (much): Tickets are $10 in advance or $15 at the door. The event is all-ages and we hope to see you there.Tickets and more information can be found here:

At Seattles Miners Landing at Pier 57 you will enjoy a delicious lunch, receive complimentary tickets to view Wings over Washington, share in the excitement of our live auction and much more all to support the Duwamish Longhouse and Cultural Center.

Doors open at 12:00 pm, event begins at 1:00 pm at the banquet hall at Miners Landing, Pier 57 at 1301 Alaskan Way, Seattle, WA 98101.
