High Point Market Garden Farm Stand open Wednesdays

It’s a mini-farm in the middle of a residential neighborhood – the High Point Market Garden. Every summer, its farm stand offers a weekly chance to buy fresh-grown produce steps from where it’s grown. Just-harvested organic produce will be on sale 4 pm-7 pm at the farm stand at 32nd and Juneau (map), July 10-October 2. EBT cards are accepted and the stand participates in Fresh Bucks.

The Shorewood Elementary PTA Holiday Bazaar is being held on Saturday, November 9th from 10 am-4 pm at Shorewood Elementary School (2725 SW 116th St, Burien) – it is a longstanding community event with a strong following.

This event not only features over 60 artist-vendors, but it is so much more!

– Used Book Sale (a buck a book)

– Food trucks

– Bake Sale

– Raffle

– Photos with Santa (suggested donation)

– And Admission is FREE

All proceeds from this event benefit the Shorewood Elementary School PTA, which provides library, classroom and field trip support, as well as fun activities for the students.

The Late Night program is aligned and supportive of the City’s Race and Social Equity framework, including education and employment readiness programs. Come to your local Late Night and explore more of what we have to offer! Photo ID required.
