With Sound Transit soliciting community feedback and approaching a realignment decision, we’re at a critical point in our campaign. SkyLink needs your help now more than ever to get the gondola proposal in front of neighbors, and as a grassroots campaign, we rely on people like you to make sure that happens.

In order to maintain distance, we will be dropping off campaign flyers on doorsteps, so no face to face contact or actual door knocking will be required. Please bring a mask, we will provide gloves and hand sanitizer.

The light rail will be done before you get this off the ground.  If you only realize the years of planning, real estate, permitting, design, public comment, etc. that it takes to get any of these types of project done, not to mention funding it takes, you would defer to the experts and let them build the light rail.  For now, jump on the bus or water taxi that are fully funded, in operation, and ready to serve you while we wait for the bridge to go back into service.

Yes, with Link it takes decades of planning, but a gondola requires a lot less in real estate acquisitions, permitting etc. therefore it can be done much faster and some of the basic planning can even be repurposed from the Link plans as SkyLink would use similar station locations.
