Running Evolution is coming to West Seattle right after Thanksgiving for a Couch to 5k class meeting at West Seattle Runner on California.

Start running with others in an accessible forum. We will meet for 4 weeks. We’ll start off walk/running and then, before you know it, we’ll do all running and get up to a 5k. Includes schedule, seminars, technique coaching, motivation, and fun!
