The 7th Annual West Seattle Bee Festival is Saturday, May 18th! Join us from 10 AM to 2 PM at High Point Commons Park, in the West Seattle Bee Garden, and inside Neighborhood House (6400 Sylvan Way SW, Seattle, WA 98126).

Why should you BEE there?

We’ll have great live music, wonderful food, and favorite activities from previous festivals!

You can BEE in our bee-themed costume Parade at 11:30 AM. Show up at 10 AM for face-painting and other parade-prep. The parade is one of many fun activities for kids (and the young-at-heart). Pop-up Sewing, art and science activities will take place inside Neighborhood House throughout the day.

Don’t miss the Bee Hive Demo at NOON! Learn more about bees and other pollinators. Find out how you can help bees survive and thrive. Puget Sound Beekeepers will have honey available to taste or purchase in the Bee Garden.

Our one-of-a-kind Vendor Fair runs from 10 AM to 2 PM. It showcases those who provide organic/sustainable products, offer information and resources that support our community, and others who educate or raise awareness about bees…with music, jewelry and art.

Show up before the festival starts for the Honey Run – this fun, informal run-walk-jog around the park starts at 9 AM.

Watch the West Seattle Bee Garden website for updates and a more detailed schedule as the day gets closer.

Note to WSB: The park’s address is next to the address you provided for Neighborhood HouseHigh Point Commons Park3201 SW Graham St, Seattle, WA 98126https://goo.gl/maps/3U2Ygubywar

The festival actually starts where the park does, immediately adjacent to NCHP, and that’s why we use the address. The bee garden fronts on Graham but it’s the northernmost point of the large area where the festival happens. Thanks.
