We all know how important sleep is, but did you know the impact it can have on you blood sugar levels and your weight? Registration required. Click here to register.

Understand how tweaking your sleep could help you boost your metabolism and be leaner and stronger. Discover how sleep affects your health, your weight, and your appetite, and leave with real-life strategies to sleep longer and sounder.

The job skills, life skills, & digital creativity classes are made possible by support from The Seattle Public Library Foundation, and in partnership with South Seattle College. This workshop is free and everyone is welcome. Library events and programs are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is required. Each class has a 50 person capacity, so please register as soon as possible.
