Many of us feel different, strange, and just not ourselves during the pandemic. Registration required. Click here to register.

Join West Seattle-based mental health professional Sara Dunham, LMHCA, to discuss contributing factors, why it’s perfectly normal, and strategies for self-care to help you get through this difficult time with kindness. Sara will begin by presenting helpful information and will then answer your questions.

We will discuss setting boundaries for effective work/life balance whether you live with others or alone, the paradox of spending much more time with the same people yet feeling isolated, finding constructive ways to use your energy while at home and how to care for yourself and those around you.

The job skills, life skills, & digital creativity classes are made possible by support from The Seattle Public Library Foundation, and in partnership with South Seattle College. This workshop is free and everyone is welcome. Library events and programs are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is required. Each class has limited capacity, so please register as soon as possible.

We can provide accommodations for people with disabilities at Library events. Please contact leap@spl.org at least seven days before the event to request accommodations. Captions are available for all recorded Library programs.

For registration information and other questions, Ask Us or 206-386-4636.
