Would you like to take part in the longest running community science project in North America? Register for the Seattle CBC, which will take place on Sunday, December 19.

This annual bird census brings together birders of all levels. Advanced and enthusiastic intermediate birders will count birds in the field, while beginners, families, and those who wish to count from home* can report often uncounted birds from backyards through the Feeder Watch option. Everyone can participate, and all the birds you count on that day will be submitted to the greater CBC effort run by National Audubon.

After the count, join other Seattle CBC participants at the Virtual CBC Soup Potluck to share soup recipes, play some games, and hear the preliminary count results. A link to join will be sent to all registrants.
