The topic is privatization of Social Security. Not a sexy topic? If you are a current recipient or if you pay into the program and anticipate receiving benefits, the proposed changes will greatly impact you. Our presenter, Karen Richter, who is co-president of the Puget Sound Advocates for Retirement Action (PSARA) and works with the Social Security Works, WA Coalition, will address this issue of privatization of Social Security which, by the way is not an entitlement!
