Mindful Living Workshop
Thursday, January 29 at Chaco Canyon (West Seattle) from 6:30 pm–8:30 pm
Please join us for an evening of discovering your true self as you learn to become more mindful in your daily life.
Mindfulness is the energy of being aware and fully alive in this present moment. In this workshop, you will learn to bring your mind and body more into harmony, allowing you to be more aware of both your inner and outer world and less on “auto-pilot.” While awake in this present moment, we find we are not held back from our past conditioning nor are we fearful of what our future may hold.
This workshop will help you to:
