West Seattle’s Admiral Theater will once again be the exclusive Seattle theater who will allow film lovers in Seattle to unite with an audience of over 100,000 film buffs in over 250 cities across 6 continents when the MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival screens Saturday, October 4th and Sunday, October 5th at 4 pm. This is the festival that allows viewers all over the world to choose the winner.
Tickets are only $10.00 and can be purchased at the Admiral Theater starting Friday, October 3rd.
This year, the festival received over entries from over 48 countries. From those 598 film entries, 10 short films have been chosen by professional producers, directors, and actors but, the screening audience chooses the ultimate winner. The festival screens all across the world during the week of September 26 through October.
Audiences at each venue are handed a voting card and asked to choose the one film they think is best. Votes are tallied and sent through to Manhattan Short’s headquarters and the winner will be announced on Monday, October 6.
