Salty’s on Alki (WSB sponsor) is hosting a “Light the Fire for Education” fundraising event on behalf of the non-profit Scholarship America “Dollars for Scholars” foundation on September 13th, 2012, 5:00pm top 7:30pm.

Scholarship America is our nation’s largest provider of scholarships, helps students pursue and complete their post secondary degree through local and national scholarships. Currently they are organizing an event called’Light the fire’ for education, where the objective is to celebrate the success of this milestone year. The fundraising event will also announce the creation of new, renewable scholarship for 2013.
