2-Week Class “Discover Food-Friendly Beaujolais Wine from Cru to Nouveau” with Sommelier Dieter Schafer
at South Seattle College (WSB sponsor).

The French wines of the Beaujolais region are made from handpicked Gamay grapes. The region is best known for its light red wines, which taste best slightly chilled, offering a refreshing flavor profile. Learn from Certified Educator Dieter by tasting-top-of-the-line Cru Beaujolais and just-released 2014 Nouveau. Beaujolais is the ideal companion for your holiday dinners. This special class is only offered once a year and will feature wines not easily found in stores. Unique tasting opportunity. For details please go to http://winedieter.wordpress.com/
