Announcing our first annual Gains for Good competition Hosted by Loft Nation. Please join us in our efforts to raise money to help offset costs for the Olson Family following Keith Olsonʼs logging accident. Event to include fitness competition and auction. All proceeds from the event will go to the Olsons. To donate directly to the Olsons, mail cash/checks made out to “Olson” directly to CrossFit LOFT or donate via PayPal to gainsforgood@gmail.com

Fitness Competition
Throughout the day, we will be hosting a fitness competition that will include two partner WODs. During check-in on the day of the event, each person will be randomly assigned a partner
within the same division (rx or scaled). Itʼs family friendly so minors can participate! All registrants will be assigned a check-in time via email prior to their heat. You can register the day of the competition, but we highly encourage registering early!

Silent Auction
We will host a Silent Auction to benefit the Olson Family from 10 am-4 pm day of Gains for
Good. Come ready to bid on some amazing items, big and small! For donations, please
