Free Lunches for Kids & Teens

August 17, 2018 @ 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
High Point Library
3411 SW Raymond St
Seattle, WA 98126

Free lunches and snacks will be available for all youth ages 18 and under at the Seattle Public Library’s Delridge and High Point branches this summer, Monday, July 2 through Friday, Aug. 24.

High Point Branch, 3411 S.W. Raymond St., 206-684-7454.

3 pm to 4 pm every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, July 2 through Aug. 24

The meals program picks up where school meal programs leave off in June by providing free meals and snacks to all children and teens (18 years and younger) during the summer months. All kids are welcome — no proof of income, address or citizenship is ever required. Kids Cafe meals are specifically selected to appeal to kids’ notoriously picky palates and to meet their special nutritional guidelines.

The Seattle Public Library has partnered with United Way of King County and Food Lifeline, with support from Boeing and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), to bring healthy and kid-friendly foods to Library locations where kids in need already live, learn and play.

Library programs are free and everyone is welcome. No meals will be provided when the Library is closed on Wednesday, July 4.
