How is it that the WSB can show multiple photos of the California Ave parade and the pawrade and not one photo of the Alki Pride Fest, which brings inclusiveness to the beach on a fun and festive day?
Got any? Please send. So far, no one has. We promote and publish advance word of every event that’s sent for our calendar, including today’s beach event (which was also in this morning’s highlights list), but we were not able to get there (nor to several other events we would have liked to cover). We’ve been either shooting or processing/publishing since 8 am (aside from a half-hour to get and eat lunch), at the parade, pre-parade events, plus White Center Jubilee Days (for our White Center site), and a breaking story this morning, and we’re headed out again now. – TR
