Join us for our annual Duwamish Alive! fall planting event. You and your fellow volunteers will work at Camp Long as part of a one-day, community-wide effort to restore the Duwamish River watershed. Restoration work for this event will focus on planting native trees, shrubs and ferns, and also include removing invasive species or mulching new plantings, depending on the restoration progress in each area. This work party will be accompanied by live musicians, bringing arts and nature together for our enjoyment!

What to Bring: Please dress appropriately with long pants, warm and dry layers, closed-toed shoes and rain gear as needed. We provide gloves, tools, a light granola bar snack (feel free to bring a lunch) and a jug of water. Please bring a refillable water bottle.

What we provide: tools, gloves, training and safety talk, water and granola bars.
