The Village Green Perennial Nursery is organizing and sponsoring a free local community garden tour on Saturday, July 20, 2013, 10 am-4 pm.

The tour includes 10+ gardens in our community highlighting Rain Gardens, beekeeping, urban farms, and permaculture practices. These are educational gardens that will inspire and change the way people think about gardening.This is a much anticipated tour that is founded on community building. We are anticipating over 300-400 tour participants. Areas covered include from 128th SW north to Thistle (occasionally) and 41st ave to Myers Way/509.
