At the West Seattle (Admiral) Branch Library: Learn how to create your own designs in print. We will cover the basics of designing, carving, registering and printing your designs that you create with the easily carved Safety-Kut material. Registration required.

Experience the magic of pulling your print off of the block. We will also explore Leaf printing, a very simple process that can create beautiful multi-layered colorful prints.

Artist instructor Susan Waite has a BFA in painting and printmaking from Cornish College.

Program dates are Mondays:
September 9, 16, 23, 30 from 11:00 am–1 pm

This is a sequential class – not a one-time drop in class. You must attend all four classes. For ages 60+.

Program in partnership with Seniors Creating Art.

Library events and programs are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is required. Please call the West Seattle Library at 206-684-7444.

Space is limited at library events. Please come early to make sure you get a seat. Due to the fire code, we can’t exceed the maximum capacity for our rooms.
