September marks National Cholesterol Education Month, a month that is designed to raise awareness of high cholesterol levels and the potentially damaging effect it can have on your cardiovascular health if left unchecked. There are a variety of factors that can place you at risk for high cholesterol levels, including
following an unhealthy diet and lifestyle.
