Lauren reports her car was stolen from her garage in Gatewood just before 1:30 this afternoon: “It’s a black Subaru Crosstrek. License place is BWV1276; has a “life is good” magnet on the back. The incident # is 23-335354.”

Wanted to share the update that the thieves were caught and arrested! The car was recovered, and absolutely trashed – smelled horrible from gas and cigarettes, had dangerous and hazardous materials… and was filled with a lot of stolen goods that we hope the officers will return to their rightful owners. Thank you to everyone who helped out, reached out, and shared suggestions, and videos! Long road ahead getting it fixed and cleaned, but I appreciate this community so much, and feeling extra grateful!
