In reply to bolo. Nope. Bus only lane is signified by the solid line. It's a right turn lane at the dashes, if this image is where I think it is.

I’m always terrified when riding the bus on that stretch, as many of the drivers go way too fast around that curve. I’d like to know how and why this happened.
