Convince me that NO ONE saw some AH using bolt cutters on an obviously locked bike at the Safeway in Junction? Explain how NO ONE questions this BS anymore?

We need to question why people are thieves around here now?

Depending on the lock, it may have been one that could be cut by smaller bolt cutters. Easier for a thief to conceal and deceive, even making it look like they were a rightful owner going about unlocking their scooter in a businesslike way, it’s a possibility.

I’m the non-proud victim of a couple of *nice* bike thefts and did some research into bike theft methods and how to counter them. Often use two locks simultaneously, different types so the same tool cannot defeat each of them.

    Sorry this happened, svcks bigtime.
