time to shut down indoor dining for a month…i doubt that will happen since Inslee caved to business groups but still the right move. don’t wait for the 12th either.

We must not think of our situation in a linear fashion. The variant discovered in Britain is so much more contagious, and potentially more deadly, than we have encountered previously. Country after country encountering it has shown this time and again. A quick clamp down for a few weeks will go a long, long way to an ultimately faster resumption of ‘normal’. This includes spectator-less major sports for a bit.

Wow, the variants are catching up, I wonder why as I’m now able to go bowling, sit in a movie theater and then go inside to grab a burger. Oh and after I drop my unvaccinated kid off at school or daycare I’ll hop on a plane to Hawaii.

Slow clap. The amount of parents on our school’s Q&A on return to in-person learning who were more worried about accommodating their kids so they could travel for spring break than keeping others safe was so disappointing.

Sorry, comment time is over.
