It’s very hard to see making a left off Raymond coming from the west onto California especially with the large van now perpetually parked on the west side of California. Cars speeding down CA also make it difficult.
Re: hard to make a left off of Raymond–also hard to head east and make a right onto California to go south. I now go down to Graham to take advantage of the light every time I need to get on to California.
People also drive way too fast on California Ave. Turning off Raymond onto Cali, you can’t even see the oncoming traffic. Also people tailgate like crazy. It doesn’t make sense and it’s dangerous.
I witnessed the accident and called 911. The mustang convertible was behind me traveling northbound on California and he just veered off and never braked and just smashed right into the first car. The sedan couldn’t stop in time. I don’t think that the driver of the mustang was speeding. It almost appeared as though he passed out. He was apparently quite elderly. It was awful.
Sorry, comment time is over.
