BIZNOTE: Chase Bank’s Admiral branch open again

Thanks for the tip! The Chase Bank branch in Admiral (2610 California SW) is open again after being closed for some weeks, and a Chase spokesperson confirms that the branch has a new manager – Jeff, who previously managed the West Seattle Thriftway (WSB sponsor) in-store branch that’s closing at year’s end, is now running the Admiral branch. From a previous comment from Stickerbush:

“Why anyone would choose to use a New York bank like Chase Manhattan is beyond me. Why not keep your hard earned money in a local institution like BECU or Washington Federal? Keep it local and benefit your community!”

As an employee of Chase and your fellow neighbor, I appreciate our clients business. And to note, Chase provides full benefits for all employees and their families. Even at 20 hour work week. This is why I continue to work for them and do my banking there. I think Chase should be commended for treating their employees so well and deserve business.

oh wow; this is my branch (where I originally opened my WaMu account years ago), but didn’t know it had shut down at all; I’ve used the drive-thru several times during COVID; I did receive sad letter that my preferred branch at Thriftway is closing down; love the customer service at TW branch; good news that the manager there is transferring to Admiral

Sorry, comment time is over.
