Any extra information? I heard sound of ripping metal between 12:03am and 12:06am in the southern end of North Admiral

Will keep an eye out, however a Photo, model-year and last street/intersection location would probably make it easier to spot.

This morning when I drove past the motor homes that are parked along the fence outside Nucor Steel fence across from West Seattle Athletic Club a creepy guy was painting a Toyota matching this exact description with a rattle can. Couldn’t see the original color. Might drive by and take a look this evening. Sorry for this theft.
