STAY-HOME ORDER: Read the governor’s proclamation for yourself

Uncertain about what’s allowed under Governor Inslee‘s “stay-home order” and what’s not? Read it for yourself! It was finalized and made public today. It’s here in PDF, or below:

The first two pages are mostly set-up/background – the heart of it starts with page 3. His office also has published a transcript of the Monday speech in which he announced it.

I don’t know if they ever changed it but KUOW was saying it went into effect at midnight tonight all morning.

What’s the point of shelter at home, I see a lot of businesses deem themselves as essential. Guess it’s more about profit than people. When are they going to take this serious,  after a bunch of employees get sick and someone dies? Too bad you can’t go online and report the violators. Sooner we get this kicked in the butt, the sooner we can get back to our normal lives.

My grand-daughter and her family have been in Mexico for 11 day and are due back tomorrow night. Is it true that people who have been out of the country have to self quarantine when they get back for 2 weeks?

Not unless they’re returning to Hawaii, which has a 14-day quarantine for arrivals now.

We had a long-planned trip to Disneyland next week. Oh well. Life and death crisis now. There’s time to travel later, someday.

Thank you. I really would love to see them but being 68 I think its better if they return to their home in Ellensburg just in case they were exposed.

Sorry, comment time is over.
