Bus problems again today. Been waiting for 21 and 21x for 15 minutes, 8:23 was a no show.

My wife started waiting for the 21X at 8am around 104th street. She did not make it into work downtown until 9:30. This is not acceptable. Why is metro, and in particular certain routes like the 21X, so unreliable?

My hunch is that sometimes they don’t have a driver for the bus and so it just doesn’t run.  Whenever a bus goes missing like this I report it to Metro because it is not acceptable.

Sorry, comment time is over.
