Rip Roarin’ Bluegrass tonight at Poggie 7-10pm, no cover. Guaranteed to put a smile on your face and a serious tap in your foot!

I would love to regularly list the Poggie shows but we only get a scattered notice, from a few of the bands. If they had a website calendar, we’d be happy to pull from that. As it is, they post a list in the window but I just don’t have the bandwidth to get the info that way. Parliament for example sends us a PDF of their monthly list.

Well, I’m not a Poggie “shill”, they can post or not as they see fit. Second Sunday of every month for the last 4 years has been a Bluegrass Jam, featuring Sweet Lou’s Sour Mash, with a number of very talented West Seattle musicians sitting in with the band. Acoustic musicians of all levels are welcome to join in. And as mentioned, it will put a serious smile on your face to listen to some fun music.

Sorry, comment time is over.
