The point was reinforced at the Kiwanis Club of West Seattle booth at today’s West Seattle Farmers’ Market, as vendors contributed entries for the “Ugliest Produce” contest. Market shoppers voted with beans. And the winner was …

… a tomato from Kittitas Valley Greenhouse.

  That looks like a big ozette potato. They do tend to “branch” like a ginger root.
