It was really backed up (around that time) on Andover, next to the steel mill. My path didn’t take me by any of the blinking light/ warnings signs, but maybe the low bridge was open for marine traffic at that time?
I think it was volume related because it continued on the high bridge, very slow. Luckily I was on the bus and eventually we got past a lot of it. But there were people stuck in the bus lane on the bridge and then the 99.
the morning rush is stretching so much later now. at 10am, the bridge was still backed up over the crest and almost to the Delridge entrance. anyone know why? or is it just the new norm? historically by that time, the bridge is “mostly” cleared. But then again, the same could be said for 9:30am just a couple years ago.
