The Wildcats have an awesome girls basketball team who are
ranked 2nd in the State. I went to last night’s game vs Roosevelt
and it was a treat! Last night the girls’ varsity used a suffocating defense
and lots of hustle to win another game. Those girls can hit the 3 pointers.
Glad I went to see them. If you haven’t these girls play and you are a
basketball fan then you must get to a game. There are 3 regular season games
left vs Rainier Beach at the Beach tomorrow, Jan 26th at 6pm. Then 2
home games to close out the regular season vs Cleveland on Jan 31st
at 7:30. The final game before the playoffs is against Sealth at WS on Feb 2nd
at 7:00.  Then on to State. Go Wildcats!

Women hoops has come a long way.  Many gals go on to play successfully in pick up games with men now that did not happen much 30 years ago.

Sorry, comment time is over.
