That’s because the fare to Vashon is roundtrip – they don’t collect again on the return, while they do at Southworth.

I’ve been paying (for driver and car) around $10.50 to go from Fauntleroy to Southworth (stop at Vashon). And I think that goes up to like $12.50 (+/- a few). Look at the ferry site and it should tell you.
