WSDOT could have saved the lives of thousands of innocent electrons by simply closing 99 from valley to spokane streets for the duration.

George – I am hopeful WSDOT will have one before the week is out. Google Maps has just dramatically changed the way it works and I haven’t had time to learn its changes and make a new map of my own, though we’ll do a point to point if they do NOT publish one before then …
