And I like the design of the townhomes…reminds me of some of the rowhouses where I grew up in Reading , PA. Our home was attached on either side by another home. We had a basement and 3 stories of house. While people here question some of them, they’re normal for some of us eastcoasters (have been here for 39 years, almost a Seattle “native” now – lol)

I know from experience that many people have difficulty visualizing what projects will look like from looking at drawings or renderings that fail to include any of the surrounding buildings and landscape features. This technique makes it much easier to see the proposed project in context. One video is worth a thousand words.
