Sooner or later Goodspaceguy will make it

Well he certainly keeps trying. Which should prompt us citizens to question – is goodspaceguy really good? Who’s funding his high living political career?

Perhaps Mike the Mover. (Bonus points for anyone who remembers…)

I remember him, perennial cannidate. He used to park an RV with his campaign banner on Occidental Ave outside the Kingdome 10-15 years ago.

Gawd, what is wrong with this town? Will we ever learn from our voting?

I can’t believe that Conlin keeps getting voted back in ..lordy!!

  • Alex August 8, 2013 (10:06 am)

What % of the vote has been counted?

Conlin is not back in yet; Sawant got 34%; if she can pick up the leftover 17% from Carver, we could actually get a real progressive on city council

I tried to edit the post above, but the edit function would not open for me; so adding
    ~
that 17% from Carver is likely mostly “anyone but Conlin” votes, which would go to Sawant

    Murray is our next mayor.

  • Diane August 8, 2013 (11:39 am)

I heard Mike the Mover ran every year just so he could advertise his company

Exactly! I don’t know how cost-effective that really is, though … but at some point he did legally change his name.

Sorry, comment time is over.
