West Seattle scene: Sun’ll set later after Daylight Saving Time arrives Sunday morning

WSB contributing photojournalist Nick Adams caught the sunset scene tonight at Lowman Beach. It’s an excuse for us to remind you that Daylight Saving Time is just days away – at 2 am this Sunday, we’ll spring forward an hour, which means the sunset’s later (and sunrise too, for a while) starting Sunday night.

I absolutely hate, hate, hate it. I think daylight saving’s time should be abolished.

I’m with you anonyme. Nothing like messing up my sleep patterns twice a year based on reasons that haven’t existed for half a century.

+1 on the hating it. Falling back is not bad, but springing forward is. It sometimes takes me weeks to get my body clock re-set. Wish we could pick a time and stick to it.

Sorry, comment time is over.
