West Seattle Junction Hometown Holidays 2012: Schedule’s out!

Less than two weeks till Thanksgiving, and the holiday season is shaping up nicely – we have added a sleighful of events to the WSB West Seattle Events Calendar already, and the Holiday Events page will debut within days. Today, the schedule is out for the always-festive West Seattle Junction Association-presented Hometown Holidaysyou can see it here. The Junction Tree Lighting is set for December 1st; Santa photos are back December 2/9/16; mule-carriage rides on December 2/16; and something new – free gift wrap for Junction-bought gifts on December 15th and 22nd, featuring the West Seattle High School music program (performances too).

I’ll be the first to ask: West Seattle Santa or fake Santa?

Can anyone tell me if this is the Santa that was at Capers last year? We really want to find him again this year. Thank you!

I don’t think so. I am working on the Holidays page and it will include the schedule of “Santa Al,” who has some Junction stops, but the e-mail address is different from the guy who we corresponded with last year regarding Capers. Please check directly with Capers (and if they do have a Santa coming, tell them we’d love to see the schedule so we can include it) … TR

Thanks. If we can find any official info on that, we’ll add it to the holiday page.

Sorry, comment time is over.
